FCRW was chartered in January 1953 and was one of the first to be so chartered in North Carolina. Since its initial charter, many FCRW members have successfully sought positions in our state organization, the North Carolina Federation of Republican Women (NCFRW), our national organization, the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), as well as various positions in local and state government.
